If you've never joined a group healing session on Zoom, it's natural to wonder what you're signing up for. Do you have to be on camera? Do you speak? What does a healing session even look like through a screen? This guide walks through the entire experience at Divine Energy — and since every session is free, the only thing you'll invest is a Sunday morning.
Before the Session
Booking. Appointments open every Sunday at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (New York) on the Healing Session page. Twelve spots are available each week, first-come, first-served. The form takes about five minutes and asks for a recent photo of you alone, looking toward the camera — healers focus their intention on you through it during the session.
Preparation. On Tuesday you'll receive a preparation email with a guided meditation and a short video about what to expect. Healees who arrive prepared consistently describe a deeper experience, so set aside half an hour during the week for both.
Confirmation. On Thursday morning you'll get a confirmation email. Reply before Thursday at 7:30 PM Eastern Time (New York) — unconfirmed appointments are released to others. The Zoom link arrives with your confirmation emails.
Sunday Morning: The Session Itself
Sessions run every Sunday from 8:20 AM to 10:00 AM Eastern Time (New York) — roughly 90 minutes. Here's what that time actually feels like:
You don't perform. There is nothing you need to do or say. Most healees find a quiet, undisturbed room, lie down or settle into a comfortable chair, and simply listen.
The group gathers. More than 200 certified healers join the same Zoom session. The first stretch is devoted to settling into a shared, heart-centered meditative state.
The healing. The group turns its unified intention toward the healees. This is the heart of the session — hundreds of practitioners holding you in focus at once. Most healing groups have 10–12 healers; ours has over 200.
Common experiences. Warmth, tingling, gentle waves of emotion, a sense of weight or lightness, and deep relaxation are all frequently reported. Some healees drift toward sleep; others feel quietly alert. There is no "right" experience.
Practical Zoom Questions
Do I need a Zoom account? No — the link in your confirmation email opens directly in the Zoom app or browser.
Camera and microphone? You won't be asked to present yourself or speak. The session is designed so you can be fully receptive, eyes closed.
What if my connection drops? Rejoin with the same link. The healing portion is unaffected by a brief disconnection on your end — the group's focus on you continues.
Time zones. 8:20 AM in New York is early afternoon in Europe and evening in Asia. Healees join live from all over the world.
After the Session
Rest, drink plenty of water, and give yourself an unhurried day if you can. Many healees notice shifts over the following days rather than in the moment. You're welcome to book again after 30 days, share your experience as a testimonial, or return as a volunteer healer — many of our healers first arrived as healees.
One honest note: energy healing is a complementary practice, not a substitute for medical care. Keep your healthcare providers in the loop, and bring them every question about diagnosis and treatment.
